In the spirit of helping people who want to make the world a better place to live for everyone, and in addition to my ongoing volunteer efforts, I’m offering one hour of consulting time each week to a business or cause that needs help with their social media or digital marketing strategy. The normal charge for these calls is $250, but one hour a week is on the house. Pretty cool, huh?
No strings, no catch. Well, almost. All I ask is that you provide a testimonial after the session if you’re happy with the call. Or, if you’re not happy with it, I just ask for a quick description of why. I’ll post these in the feedback section below so others can see how my work has helped others in the past.
I’m confident that after spending an hour on the phone, you’ll want to engage me on additional work, but even if not, at least we’ve taken a step toward making a positive impact on the world. That’s good enough for me.
If you want to apply, please fill out the form below and let me know why you, your company, or your idea is going to make a positive impact on the world. I will let you know if you've been selected and we can set up the call.

“Brandon donated his time through his “Hour for Social Good” service to help NextAid strategize on our 5Alive Campaign for Maternal Health in Africa. As a small, resource-tapped organization, Brandon’s consultation was such a valuable gift at a time when we needed social media advice. We sent him links and documents on our campaign ideas and our current social media approach ahead of the call, and by the time we talked, he was already familiar and had specific suggestions and notes to make the most efficient use of our call time. He is a wealth of knowledge in all areas of social media, but specifically helped guide us toward improvements in our use of YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Causes. He had great ideas for cross-promoting among these platforms and maximizing our peer-to-peer fundraising strategy.
In addition to specific technical and practical suggestions, he helped us frame up the campaign in a more strategic way by asking us to define our goals and desired outcomes. After our call, Brandon followed up quickly with notes, additional recommendations, and examples of his work (like a social media press kit) that we were able to use to strengthen our campaign. We were fortunate to work with Brandon on this campaign and look forward to consulting with him again!”

“If someone were to ask me how I would describe Brandon Sutton, the first thought that would come to mind is, a wealth of knowledge. And to expound on that, a wealth of knowledge that our company greatly needs. When launching a product, regardless of how willingly stores place it on shelves, moving the product is an entirely separate step and not so easy to do without broad consumer awareness. Creating this exposure requires knowledge and know-how and that’s where Brandon’s contribution is key to your success. In today’s world, this awareness happens in large part through proper digital marketing where he certainly knows his business.
I strongly suggest you allocate an hour of time with Brandon if you are looking to thrive; if you want to take it to the next level. What I feel you will find is, an hour is a fantastic start; and that there’s a lot more to be gained by working with him beyond this initial allotment of time. That’s certainly what I found.”

“Thank you so much for your willingness to share and help me when I very much needed it. It is obvious, after meeting you, that you are a very talented, selfless and caring young man. You get that sense from your writing but it really comes through loud and clear in person. What you are doing is incredible. The world truly is a better place with you in it. Stay on your path, my friend. Big things to come. Thanks again for all your support, encouragement and suggestions. Very Grateful for you. U Rock Dude!”

“Thank you so much for donating an hour (or two
) of your time to help The Know Better Effect! After spending time with you discussing social media strategy I feel like I have a much better grasp on Twitter and social networking. I think of what we discussed on a daily basis. Not only did I learn something new, I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know you. It is wonderful and inspiring to meet a fellow game changer. Again, your help is greatly appreciated!”
